Your event – what do you get?

Cut the Mustard comes equipped and ready to play at all types of venues from small gatherings to large parties and even corporate events.

Picture of guitar Cut the Mustard provides music for up to three and a half hours of dancing. There is usually a break in the middle of the evening for the buffet refreshments, speeches and/or a raffle. A typical barn dance would run from 8 till 11.30 but of course these times are flexible especially for a wedding.

During the break we can provide background music on a CD player, played through our PA system, or you may have a particular piece of music you would like to have played. Of course you may even prefer a bit of peace and quiet as an aid to conversation.

We are happy to include special requests, eg. for the first dance, last waltz or indeed for any dance during the evening.

Cut the Mustard has public liability insurance for up to £5,000,000 and all the sound equipment is PAT tested. We have a top quality PA system providing crystal clear instructions and music.

The band tends to be booked up for at least 4 months in advance for Saturday nights in the summer so please bear this in mind when planning your event. Of course it is always worth trying to book at shorter notice as there are sometimes dates still available, especially Fridays and other weekdays, and particularly in the winter.
